Hindmarsh Commercial Welcomes Brentnalls SA as Anchor Tenant

Otello and Accord are excited to announce the launch of Hindmarsh Commercial, a new development designed by Woods Bagot opposite the Coopers  Stadium on Holden Street, Hindmarsh. This project comprises a 3-level mixed-use building with 1,500m2 of A-grade office space and a 130m2 food and beverage tenancy, associated ground-floor parking and landscaping.

Brentnalls SA, a premier Chartered Accounting and Advisory firm, have been secured as the anchor tenant and will set up their company headquarters for over 100 employees. Build Society have been awarded the construction contract and will be commencing on site this month with completion expected Q2 2025.
